Our goal is to give our clients quality service in a relaxed spa atmosphere. Our staff knows that a well-informed client is the best client to have. For that reason, we try to serve our clients by educating them and by continuing to educate ourselves. Please let our Spa Concierge know if there is anything we can do to make your visit at Santa Fe better. If you have had any problems, please let the Concierge know before you check out. Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. Only clients having a spa day are routinely changed into a robe. Any clients having services can request a robe and may use the spa facilities located in the men’s and lady’s locker rooms.The spa amenities of showers, hot tubs and wet steam rooms are complimentary with any service at Santa Fe Day Spa. Lockers, robes and complimentary drinks are available upon request.

Prices vary depending on the client’s needs, wants and who performs the service.There are service providers on staff that have achieved a level of proficiency through years in practice at Santa Fe, advanced education and their number of requested guests.  If you request these particular service providers, a higher price may be charged.  All spa packages are based on the entry level prices as well as services performed on a non request  basis. If you are charged a higher price and did not request anyone in particular, be sure to bring it to our attention at check out.

Spa Etiquette

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is to start. For massage and spa packages be sure to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please make use of your personal locker while using our facility. The locker key should be returned upon exiting the spa. We try very hard to stay on schedule. Spa treatments begin at the appointment time, so we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check in and for changing. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service or re-book. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time and will reduce the integrity of the treatment. Using the shower or steam prior to receiving spa treatments increases the client’s relaxation level. For our clients having services at Santa Fe Day Spa those amenities are complimentary. Late arrivals will also be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service time. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled treatment. You will enjoy your spa experience more if you plan to spend some time unwinding in our spa before your treatment begins.
• Present gift certificates upon arrival for your spa/salon services.
• Gratuity is appreciated by service providers but is not automatically added to an individual's service or package. Groups of 5 or more an 18% gratuity is added. Standard is 10%-20% depending on the guests comfort level.
• Santa Fe Day Spa/Salon is a cell phone free zone. Please turn cell phones and pagers to silent while in the spa.
• We love children at Santa Fe Day Spa, but out of respect for other clients who are trying to relax, please secure childcare prior to coming in for services. No infants will be allowed in the spa/salon. No young children will be allowed in the salon unless the child is having a hair service preformed. Each child must be accompanied by a supervising adult. No children under10 allowed in the spa area. Those 10 -16 years of age must be having services and accompanied by an adult.

• Gift certificates are nonrefundable, but may be exchanged for other services or products with prior notice.
• Please let our spa receptionist know if you have had any problems before you check out. Your satisfaction is our greatest concern.
• You may request a male or female therapist; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist.
• Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment, Salt Scrub or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service. Massages or body scrubs are not recommended if sunburned.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Santa Fe Day Spa, Salon or Cafe.

Spa Apparel

The separate Men's and Women's locker room areas are a clothing optional environment. The Spa provides robes, spa sandals and a locker for your personal belongings. Spa services are best enjoyed without jewelry. We recommend that you travel light to the spa with little or no jewelry, valuables or other items that may be easily forgotten. Swimsuits (optional) may be worn in the spa tubs, for wet treatments, or in the steam rooms. It is recommended during a Massage that it be enjoyed without clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred. During Body Treatments men must wear a swimsuit or we will provide disposable boxers. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy.
